What is the license of this GUI? Can I re-use it to as many games as I want or I have to purchase new license for new games?
You will have a license to use them as many times as you want, without limitation of projects. You just can't resell the pack.

Can I use this for my game templates (.c3p/.capx made by Construct 3), I want to sale this template in Scirra' Store or Itch.IO.
Do I need to get another license or I can use this pack in sellling my templates?

You can sell your template with graphic resources generated with this pack. However, you will not be able to include the package in your template.

I kinda wish each element was in a separate folder, not bunched together...2/5 - will create extra work for me that I wish I didn't have to go through...
